My name in the real world is Fabian Rosenkranz and I work as a freelancing illustrator and animator since 1996 in Berlin, Germany. Animation, especially character animation is my main focus. In addition I’ve worked in the most diverse areas like comic and cartoon, infographic and motion graphics up to compositing and architecture- and product visualisations. Many projects have been realised in tight cooperation with friendly artists, graphics, web designers and fotographers.

My great passion is to tell a story by means of visual communication. This might be a result of my long lasting love for comic and graphic novels. The computer is a great tool to aid in this task.

Maxon’s Cinema 4d takes a special place among the software I use. I wrote various plugins for that application and I am engaged as a beta tester and author for the documentation since 2003. Furthermore I’ve published a number of articles above Cinema and trained various groups and individuals in Germany and abroad.
